By accessing or using TaskFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
TaskFlow is a task and time tracking application available as a web app and Progressive Web App (PWA). We provide task management, timer tracking, reporting, and productivity tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
The free plan allows up to 10 tasks. The Pro plan provides unlimited tasks, reports, CSV exports, and bulk import features. Plan features may change with notice. Subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with other users' use of the service; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
TaskFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaskFlow and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Your task data belongs to you.
TaskFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
